PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF DATES

There are two ways:

1- Access the Booking or Airbnb platforms to check availability and prices. Send us the dates via WhatsApp, and we'll apply a 15% discount on your reservation. You can do this directly with us, as the property owners.

2- Request the dates you need via WhatsApp, and we'll check availability and prices before sending them to you. We'll apply a 15% discount compared to the Booking and Airbnb platforms.

Payment will be made by transferring 50% of the reservation to the property's bank account. The remaining 50% will be deposited upon arrival at the property.

A reservation contract will be sent to you before check-in, digitally signed by the property owner. You will receive the contract and proof of deposit as a guarantee.

In Villaricos, the Chiringuito Cala Siret is on the beach itself and is spectacular. The best thing there is the sardines.

You should eat at the high tables with stools near the bar. There, the tapas are very good and affordable. However, if you sit at the low tables, the price will be four times higher. The beer included in the tapa also works here.

Pizzería La imperial frente al mar esta en mojacar 

I recommend eating at the street tables facing the sea. Pizzas and pasta are half price until July 15th. They cost 7.5 euros.

You can also order a fried fish, which is very good; it costs 18 euros and is good for three or four people.
