PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF DATES

There are two ways:

1- Access the Booking or Airbnb platforms to check availability and prices. Send us the dates via WhatsApp, and we'll apply a 10% discount on your reservation. You can do this directly with us, as the property owners.

2- Request the dates you need via WhatsApp, and we'll check availability and prices before sending them to you. We'll apply a 10% discount compared to the Booking and Airbnb platforms.

Payment will be made by transferring 50% of the reservation to the property's bank account. The remaining 50% will be deposited upon arrival at the property.

A reservation contract will be sent to you before check-in, digitally signed by the property owner. You will receive the contract and proof of deposit as a guarantee.
